I also tried using the console to complete the quest, i.e.: 'setstage MS10 100' (see the wiki) - this seems to work, and the quest is listed as completed in my journal. However, when the in-game clock gets to 2hrs past the last time I spoke to Garrus, I get the quest update sound effect, then a CTD! This doesn't work (he is still not in the inn). In any case, I tried using the fix given on the wiki page (see above) which is to use the console command: 'set MS10.GarrusBridge' to 0. I am aware there is sometimes a bug here, however this is supposed to be fixed by the UOP which I have installed (+ supplementals). Then the problems start: Garrus does not show up at the inn. I steal the note from thingy's room and bring it back to Garrus, who tells me to meet him at the inn in 2 hours
